ResNet is staffed with a team of Residential Computing Consultants (RCC's); fellow students who are able and willing to solve most any problem you may have using your computer or using any of the schools services. RCC's are also capable of seeking outside help if necessary.

ResNet is the central hub for all students, living on or off campus, seeking advice and assistance with any form of Information Technology, including computer or network services.
