  • The trophy case of College of Idaho track/cross country standout Ellyse Tingelstad is getting full. Cascade Conference Cross Country Runner of the Year, West Region Runner of the Year, and National Runner of the Year along with a national team championship in the fall, followed up by a strong spring season that included All-American honors and a second-place national finish in the 10,000-meter race. And she caps it off by being named the conference's U.S. Bank Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year. (Wallowa County Chieftan)
