- Yotes Debate Team on Idaho News 6. The CofI Debate Team took a moment to speak with Idaho News 6 about practice, preparation, and pivoting when needed. Dr. Una Kimokeo - Goes, who leads the CofI Debate Team, says "College of Idaho has been participating in debate for over one hundred years, starting with the college's earliest days. - It wasn't very long ago that Annika Thomas '19 was roaming Boone Hall en route to her undergraduate degree from The College of Idaho. She's now pursuing her Ph.D. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, commonly referred to as M.I.T., the number one graduate program in mechanical engineering in the entire country. - We're just a couple of weeks away from opening kickoff at Simplot Stadium in Caldwell as the football season approaches. Coach Mike Moroski and the players have begun practice in preparation for the 7:00 pm kickoff on August 24 against Lincoln University. (Idaho Press)
- Speaking of Simplot Stadium, the Yotes' home field is one of the athletic venues that got an upgrade this summer as it, along with facilities like Symms Field (softball) and Wolfe Field (baseball), got new turf for its playing surface. The College also upgraded its swimming pool as well as replaced the court and seats/bleachers inside the JA Albertson Activities Center, which is the home of the school's basketball and volleyball teams.
