The most awards in a single year prior to 2020 by the College were three silver awards in 2019. This year, the College Relations team (consisting of Alumni & Parent Relations, Development and Marketing & Communications) earned six awards.
Students who are interested in spending their freshman year abroad should apply directly to Verto Education and select The College of Idaho as the partner college for admission.
Applicants had the opportunity to meet virtually with TitleOne executives in an interview setting to hone their interview skills as they prepare for life after college. There were 20 finalists overall. Seven of the top 10 were College of Idaho students.
Littler and Clifford are leading the charge to utilize the space in their roles as sustainability stewards, which are positions within the College’s Outdoor Program.
Fast forward to the early months of 2021 and the College’s food pantry, located in the McCain Student Center, has grown by leaps and bounds to include large freezers, cooking supplies in the dorms, and a partnership with the Idaho Food Bank.
Blackwell is one of the subjects in the documentary “Resilient Idaho: Hope Lives Here” that airs Tuesday night on Idaho Public Television (channel 4 in the Boise valley).
