Although Anna Tarleton Krebs and Dr. G. Cloyd Krebs have both passed away, their generosity will continue to be felt by The College of Idaho, which has received nearly $700,000 in the form of a charitable trust.
The College of Idaho has embarked on a fundraising campaign to establish the Ernie Meissner Ski Scholarship, to be used to support student-athletes in the men’s and women’s ski program.
The award is given to students nominated by staff and faculty as someone who best embodies the values of the C of I community. Those values include community, integrity, leadership and service.
The Juettens have taken the passion they have for both students and the performing arts and generously gifted $100,000 to The College of Idaho to establish the Joe Golden Scholarship for students in theatre and music.
Due to popular demand, The College of Idaho’s Whittenberger Planetarium will add a second public show at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, “The Winter Solstice,” which will be about the upcoming event representing the shortest day of the year.
