Involvement Coaches help promote student success by helping students find ways to get involved in the college community through clubs/organizations, Greek Life, community events, and service opportunities in a way that will help them achieve personal and collegiate success.
With all of the different ways to get involved on campus and in the community, it is important not to let yourself get "too" involved and become overwhelmed with commitments. Students can choose to get involved based on a personal interest in an activity or cause, or might get involved in groups related to a major/minor. Other students get involved in areas that will help them develop a specific skill for a career of interest. Utilizing tools like our Involvement Map and MyPlan can help you tailor an experience that fits your interests and goals.
The Involvement Coaches are available to meet with students on the 2nd floor of the McCain Student Center outside the Office of Student Involvement. Their meeting space is right outside the elevator.
