- The football team continues to pile up wins, including dramatic ones that require record-breaking kicks, as the Yotes creep closer to a conference title and an NAIA tournament appearance. (Idaho Statesman)

- Teralene Foxx '62 gets recognition in her hometown paper for earning an Alumni Service Award from the College. (Los Alamos Daily Post)
- The College's innovative approach to a need for more student housing continues to earn mentions. This time, it's the Idaho Press and University Business. Early phases of construction have begun with plans for at least one of the new buildings to be occupied by spring term.
- The College of Idaho and nearby College of Western Idaho, a two-year community college, also earned lots of press for a transfer agreement called "Yote Tracks." KIVI (channel 6), KTVB (channel 7), and the Idaho Press all covered the news.
- The Caldwell Chamber of Commerce also teamed with the College to bring its candidates for city council to campus to meet with the public before November's elections. (Idaho Press)
- A huge number of junior-high girls also came to campus for the TechGirlz conference, a hands-on event aimed to get more girls to pursue careers in STEM fields. (KIVI)
