- Devin Gaskins '19, now in medical school at WWAMI, had an essay published in the Idaho Statesman about his reality as a black man. Just a few days later, he was a featured speaker at the Idaho Capitol Building, interviewed by KIVI-TV, and featured on KSBX Radio's "Idaho Matters," talking about aspiring to practice medicine in the Boise area to encourage black students to pursue careers in the medical industry.
- Idaho Matters also covered an ugly vandalism incident on the College's campus. It's discussed approximately 14 minutes into the segment. (KSBX Radio)
- The incident came on shortly after a Pride rally on campus. Students, faculty, staff, and community members responded by holding a second Pride rally. (KTVB-TV)
- Cameron Arnzen '17 was featured on KTVB, discussing his experiences on campus on the heels of the vandalism and Pride rallies.
- Christian Garcia, a current Yote and recently-elected ASCI Vice President of Inclusive Excellence, tells his story to Bloomberg about the possibility of being forced back to his home country of Venezuela. It's a situation the College is already working diligently to avoid so its international students can remain secure.

- Diane Raptosh '83, a Professor of English and also an alumna of the College, has a new book of poetry. “Dear Z: The Zygote Epistles” was inspired by her own granddaughter and is available on Amazon or at Rediscovered Books in Boise and Caldwell. It represents the final book in a trilogy which includes American Amnesiac (2013) and Human Directional (2016). (Idaho Press)
- Dr. Darrell Carney '70 is moving forward with his company's research on a potential COVID-19 vaccine. (WFMZ-TV)
- Zach Hugh '20 has joined TitleOne as a business strategist after graduating this spring with a degree in business. (Idaho Business Review)
- Hannah DalSoglio '20 participated in a project put together by PBS's American Portrait, describing her memories of the end of her senior year at the College this past spring.
- Alex Martin '20 became the first student-athlete at The College of Idaho to earn CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year in track and field, the highest academic honor for a collegiate student-athlete. And here's Martin talking about the honor with CoSIDA.
- The Student Philanthropy Council awarded its annual grants. Ten local non-profit organizations received grants after being reviewed by the students. (Idaho Press)
- Rosy Madrigal, the co-valedictorian at Umatilla (Oregon) High School and product of the area's Migrant Education Program, is headed to The College of Idaho. (Hermiston Herald)
- Charlotte Wilson, from Rockland High School in southeastern Idaho, chose the College because she can compete in both track and cheerleading while attending school. (Idaho State Journal)
- Makayla Goforth brings a 4.0 grade-point average - and a great golf swing - to the College from California. (KFSN-TV)
