- Dr. Stelios Panageotou, Assistant Professor of Political Economy, will serve as a guest panelist in an Idaho State Bar conversation titled “Democracy in the Age of Social Media – Civic Discourse, Ethics, and the First Amendment” on September 17. (Idaho.gov)

- Elizabeth (Valdes) Sedlmayer is the new 7th/8th-grade science teacher in the Creston (Iowa) Community School District. (Creston News)
- Diane Raptosh '83 collaborated with two other poets to create a book, "Trio," that was released recently. (College of Idaho)
- C.J. Hardy, the assistant swimming coach at the College, created such a strong bond that he was able to bring Staten Island's Mimi Weinstock to the team this year as the New York product chose the #YoteFam over, among others, Cornell of the Ivy League. (SI Live)

- Nearly 4,500 fans welcomed the College's football team back to Simplot Stadium on September 4, a tough game against conference rival Rocky Mountain that came down to the final minute of play. The nationally-ranked Yotes have been practicing since early August. (Idaho Press)
