- Art professor Garth Claasen's work was on display in Boise in late March. His exhibition, 'Nothing to See Here' was shown at MING Studios in downtown Boise, showcasing the artistic ability that has been on display in Caldwell since he came to the College in 1994. (Boise Weekly)
- A bill was signed into law in March to provide support for students who are learning with dyslexia. Dr. Sally Brown of the College's education department was a major proponent of this legislation and devoted a significant time to its passage. (KIVI-TV)

- In early March, the College hosted two rounds of the NAIA Men's Basketball National Tournament. Huge crowds packed the JA Albertson Activities Center to watch the Yotes pick up a pair of wins and advance out of Caldwell and on to the next stage of the tournament. (KIVI-TV, Idaho Press)
