Wyndi Shaffner Health Human Performance Adjunct

Mrs. Wyndi Shaffner has been teaching yoga in Caldwell for the last seven years. She has a certification in Yogafit. She also is current yoga instructor at the Caldwell YMCA. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga you can find her traveling, studying foreign culture, language, history and politics. She spent a year volunteer teaching refugees at world relief human rights and American culture. She recently received her Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest Nazarene University in International Studies and is working on her Master’s at Boise State in Political Science with an International Relations emphasis. Her long term goal is to work for the UNESCO. She is originally from the state of Washington and moved to the Treasure Valley with her family in 2007.
