Community Living Agreement: Whether you live on- or off-campus, all new students are required to submit a Community Living Agreement no later than July 1. The Community Living Agreement is where you will rank your housing preferences.

It’ll also help the Residence Life team get to know you so that they can match you with the perfect roommate. The sooner you submit this, the sooner you will learn which floor you’ll call home next year!

Pre-Registration Questionnaire: Your First-Year Academic Advisor will build your initial class schedule based on your answers to this questionnaire. You are not officially declaring your major at this time. So, it is okay if your answers to this questionnaire change down the road. If you have any questions, please contact Academic Advising.

Immunization Records: All students are required to submit immunization records prior to arriving on campus. For a list of required immunizations, please click here.

Final High School Transcripts: Please be sure to have your high school send a final transcript to The College of Idaho.

All Official College Transcripts: Please check each college’s website on how you can request a transcript. Most colleges use the Student Clearinghouse.

AP Test Scores: These can be ordered and sent through CollegeBoard website.

Complete Verification Paperwork (if applicable): You can find this information in Self-Service. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Financial Aid Office at finaid@collegeofidaho.edu.

Complete Federal Loan Counseling and Promissory Note (if applicable): If you are planning to borrow any federal loans you must complete both loan counseling and promissory note. If you have any questions, contact our Financial Aid Office.

Yotemail: Your official Yote email address! Click here to access and set up your email account. You will start receiving important emails from the college over the summer, so make sure you are checking this regularly. You should have received an email and letter from our IT Department regarding your email address and temporary password.

Self-Service: You will want to access Self-Service to accept your financial aid awards, see additional financial aid paperwork, view your class schedule, and see your fall billing statement. This information was also sent via email from our IT department.
