She currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Development at The College of Idaho, where she leads donor experience strategy, stewardship programs, and annual and leadership giving efforts. Beyond her professional work, Deidre serves on the Elevate Academy Board of Directors and is committed to advancing educational opportunity in her community.
