Reagan Rossi started at The College in 1995 as an assistant on the Women’s Basketball coaching staff when the College reinstated the women’s basketball program. She went on to pursue other coaching opportunities and returned to the College in 2001 as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach. During her time as the head coach she also assumed the role of Title IX Coordinator, which she held for 11 years. She served as the Associate AD for three years while coaching before moving into that position full time in 2014. In 2016, Rossi was promoted to Athletic Director. In 2021, she was elevated to Vice President of Athletics. Rossi is very active in the Cascade Collegiate Conference, the NAIA and with NACDA serving on several boards and committees. She has been named CCC Athletic Director of the year five times, the NAIA Athletics Director the Year in 2022 and NACDA Cushman & Wakefield Athletic Director of the Year in 2022-2023.
