Our Commitment

The College of Idaho is committed to doing everything possible to prevent sexual misconduct and other crimes, as well as harassment, incidents of hate and bias, and other misdeeds that go against its mission and values. When necessary, the College will act quickly to respond to reported incidents and to support our students, faculty, staff and others in as many ways as possible.

Emergencies & Crises

If you have an emergency, call 9-1-1. If you are in crisis, call 9-8-8.

File a Report

If you experience, witness, or suspect criminal activity on campus you can call 9-1-1 or the Campus Safety Department at (208) 459-5151.

Additionally, below we have options available online to report sexual misconduct; incidents of bias, discrimination or hate; and other crimes and concerns.

Online Incident Reporting

You may report an incident anonymously or non-anonymously. If you choose to report anonymously, do not include your name or contact information in the form.  Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent allowed under policy and law. Information is disclosed to the individuals or groups mentioned in a report when allowed by College policy.

For reporting sexual misconduct, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, and/or bias, discrimination, harassment, violence or bullying on the basis of sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and pregnancy/parenting.

For reporting non-sex-based and non-gender-based bias, discrimination, harassment and/or hate crimes to the College’s Bias Assessment & Response Team (BART).

For reporting concerns of suicidal ideation; a safety concern, such as fire or motor vehicle accident; violations of the College’s alcohol, drug and weapons policies; or criminal activity, such as threatening or obscene behavior, fraud, theft, hazing or bullying.
