Nicole Cammann
Nicole Cammann serves as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at The College of Idaho, where she provides strategic leadership across institutional operations, auxiliary services, capital planning and projects, facilities management, and conference and event services.
Throughout her time at The College of Idaho, Nicole has advanced through progressively broader leadership roles spanning student affairs, academic advising, career development, retention, experiential learning, and institutional operations. Her career has been grounded in a commitment to student success and strengthened by her ability to connect people, programs, resources, and operations across the institution.
Nicole brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to leadership, combining her deep understanding of the student experience with strategic and operational expertise. She is passionate about building effective systems, developing strong teams, and creating environments that allow both students and institutions to thrive.
