The College makes this a reality: We consider all students who are admitted to the College for merit-based, need-based and talent-based scholarships.
The faculty will review the digital portfolio and statement to determine award eligibility. The digital portfolio will be retained by the Art Department.

HAVE QUESTIONS?

Hendren Hall
I chose to attend The College of Idaho because I wanted a well-rounded and rigorous liberal arts education and classes taught by dedicated and highly qualified professors. My education prepared me for my career success by helping me develop critical thinking skills, further igniting my passion for learning, and pushing me to have high standards for myself in everything I do.
B.A. in Environmental Studies with minors in History and Philosophy and specializations in Business and Geoscience & Geography.
One of the requirements I was looking for in schools was that there needed to be a music program that I could participate in, even if I was not a major or minor. At CofI, I have been able to do just that and perform at football and basketball games, concerts and operas. I can still have my passion for music while exploring new passions like rock climbing and writing.
B.A in History and Environmental Studies with a minor in Communication.
The scholarships that I have been so fortunate to receive have allowed me to follow my dreams and explore my passions within the performing arts without having to worry about the financial strain it may cause me after college. I have been able to learn more and perform in more contexts than I could’ve at any other college. Without this exposure, and the scholarships, I wouldn’t be at the level that I am at today, and I wouldn’t be as prepared as I am for a career after college.
B.A in Music Performance with minors in Creative Writing, Human Performance and Psychology & Health.
I chose The College of Idaho because of its prestigious academics and the opportunity that it provided for me to play football. I am extremely grateful for the scholarship that made this school a possibility for me and my family as it allowed me to be a part of such an amazing place. Scholarships are greatly important as they enable the College to continue to bring in the best future Yotes year after year from, quite literally, all over the world.
B.A in Business Administration and Computer Science and a minor in Spanish.
I had dreams of going to college in a big city. But after meeting with professors at CofI, that changed. They encouraged me to apply for a scholarship, saying “we think you’d be great.” They didn’t even know me, but they were already giving me so much opportunity. I got the clear message that “hey, there’s a place for you here; we want you here; and we want you to be able to come here and succeed.”
B.A. in Literature & Creative Writing and Theatre with minors in Classics and Natural Sciences. ASCI Student Body President 2024-2025.
As a college, our “Yote” culture is part of our identity early on in our undergraduate career, building experiences that I take with me for the rest of my life. More specifically, my journey as a member, leader and captain of the Yote football program has provided me with lifelong friendships and the opportunity to pursue my dreams of playing professional football following graduation.
B.A. in Business Administration with minors in Spanish and Natural Sciences, a specialization in Finance and a graduate certificate in Sport Administration.
