With this year’s inspiring theme, "Saving the Planet through Scientific Research," our students presented innovative ideas that are paving the way for a more sustainable future. The fiscally responsible, phased approach to repairing the building, which was originally constructed in 1956, was approved by the College’s Board of Trustees nearly a decade ago.
The Fiske Guide to Colleges and College Raptor, both annual publications, both shone a spotlight on the College as the 2024-25 academic year is about to begin.
The commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, August 2nd, at 1 PM in the Jensen Grand Concert Hall at the Stephens Performing Arts Center at ISU’s Pocatello campus.
Foreman and Hess teamed with Laport, Brad Stokes from the University of Idaho, the groundskeeping staff at the College, and student volunteers to plant several plants, like sagebrush, around Boone Hall in June and hope to plant even more native plants later this summer.
